    Share a few quick details — your logo, the products you want, and your launch date. We'll build a custom online store tailored to your program and send it over for your approval.

    You share the link. Everyone shops.

    Once your store is approved, send the link to your residents, fellows, faculty, or staff. The order window stays open about two weeks — everyone browses, orders, and pays individually through a shopping experience they already know how to use.

    You do nothing. We'll handle the rest.

    Once the order window closes, we order the blank apparel, professionally embroider each item, and ship every order straight to its recipient. You never have to sort, distribute, or chase anything.

Why we built Hospital Threads

Hospital Threads started with one resident: our brother.

Like most interns, he was already stretched thin.

Then he got put in charge of his program’s Patagonia jacket order.

What sounded like a simple task quickly turned into collecting sizes, chasing people for payments, finding vendors, keeping track of who ordered what, and trying not to mess anything up.

At the time, we (his sisters) already owned Insight Media, a small embroidery and marketing company in South Easton, MA. So when we saw what he was dealing with, the solution felt obvious.

Residents and staff should be able to order their own jackets the same way they order anything else. Online, on their own time, without one overwhelmed resident having to manage the whole thing.

We are Insight Media, a marketing and embroidery company owned by two sisters who happen to have a brother that was the overwhelmed PGY1 tasked with managing an order for 80 Patagonia Jackets. We saw firsthand how stressful it was for a brand new resident working countless hours to have another thing added to their plate.

We came up with a solution for him that ended up spreading to other programs through word of mouth, and now here we are.

Yes! There is no cost to your program to create or manage a Hospital Threads store. We only make money when participants purchase apparel.

Most orders ship within 4 to 5 weeks after the ordering window closes, depending on product availability.

We typically need your logo, preferred launch date, any products you'd like to offer, and any personalization requirements. If you're not sure what to offer, we'll recommend popular options based on your program and budget.

Most stores are built and ready for review within 2 to 3 business days.
